The U.S. Army Engineering Directorates rely heavily on reference material such as Military Handbooks/Standards, Design materials, Analysis Manuals and Federal Administration Regulation, just to mention a few. Coupled with a retiring/shifting work force creates the need to provide tools that will assist the replacement work force to come up to speed quickly as well as help them define their future goals. While in the Training Guide only the items selected in the Career Path Designer are available for use. This will assist the employee in focusing on their career path and training objectives. |  |
