MegaTech was founded in 2004 with the primary goal of providing quality services and products for it’s clients. MTI personnel are experienced in all aspects of multimedia production, from the development of a simple web page to the creation of an Interactive Career Development tool. We produce products that can include video, animation, static graphics and audio recordings. We have the equipment to produce multiple copies for delivery on CD-Rom or DVD packaged and shrink wrapped and ready for delivery. MTI provides IT services for MS SharePoint. SharePoint is a collabration tool that allows employees to track, modify and approve corporate information. Using SharePoint makes it easy for remote employees to stay connected with their co-workers in a real-time environment.
MTI has also created the premier on-line image enhancement, educational informatio and event promotion for technology business, government agencies and nonprofit organizations. This is achieved through natural, informative and unedited interviews of key personnel. System Analysis
MTI analysts work concisely to deliver the required results. Drawing from our experience and research, MTI personnel can utilize an abundance of tools to develop and administer stakeholder surveys to capture “The Voice Of The Customer” which can then be used to determine the current status/fulfillment of each criteria. Once this is completed the customer can determine the appropriate course of action.
Training
Working with management, MTI has developed a Career Development Training Tool that will assist both managers and employees to not only define the employees career path but gives them the specific criteria to be studied and accomplished. This in turn enables the manager to track the employees progress so that when the employee shows they have the required level of competence in a particular disipline the manager will have the substantiation needed for promotions, performance awards or any other form of reward that the management deems appropriate.
Aerospace Engineering
MTI works closely with Redstone Arsenal engineers to develop a Rosetta Stone of information that enables the newly hired employee to have everything they need at their fingertips to perform their duties. This software was designed so that the engineer would have quick and easy access to over 80 gigabytes of data regardless if the work is being done at home, on travel or at the office.
Consumer Products
MegaTech also produces consumer softwate products for the Real Estate industry to include PostYourHome.com, Home Inventory software for the iPhone and 2D Bar Codes for business promotion.
